Shipping Policy – Air Sporting Goods

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

We do not add extra handling fees.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS/FedEx Ground: 2–6 business days

Tracking

A tracking number is automatically emailed once your order ships.

Undeliverable / Wrong Address

If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Customer must pay the reship fee

  • Refunds exclude shipping if the order is cancelled

Lost Packages

If a carrier marks the package delivered but you did not receive it:

  • File a claim with the carrier

  • We will assist but are not responsible for stolen packages
