Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

At Air Sporting Goods, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This combined policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • Original packaging must be included
  • All tags, manuals, stickers, and accessories must be intact
  • The product must be in resellable condition

Items showing wear, signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To return a product:

Step 1 — Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Email info@airsportinggoods.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

You will receive an RA number and return instructions.

Step 2 — Prepare the Package

  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box
  • Include the original invoice or packing slip
  • Use proper cushioning to protect the item

Step 3 — Ship the Package

Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


3. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns, including:

  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items returned without following instructions

If packaging or accessories are missing, an additional fee may apply.


4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are not refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Special handling or hazardous materials fees

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 3–7 business days
  • Reduced by any applicable fees

Refunds may be denied if items are damaged, used, missing components, or returned without authorization.


6. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or need a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement shipment after inspection
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

7. Damaged, Defective, or DOA Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will:

  • Diagnose the issue
  • Provide replacement parts
  • Exchange the item
  • File a carrier damage claim if required

Damage reported after 48 hours may not be covered.


8. Warranty Policy

Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically covering:

  • Mechanical defects
  • Internal component failures
  • Manufacturing errors

Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications or upgrades
  • Use of non-approved accessories, BBs, pellets, batteries, or CO₂
  • Damage from overcharging, leaking batteries, or water exposure

Warranty Duration

Varies by brand:

  • Airsoft replicas: typically 30–90 days
  • Airguns: Typically 1 year manufacturer warranty
  • Batteries, chargers, CO₂ items: No warranty unless specified

We will assist you in processing manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.


9. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Email info@airsportinggoods.com
  2. Provide order number and proof of purchase
  3. Provide detailed photos/video of the defect
  4. Describe troubleshooting steps taken

Once approved:

  • Manufacturer may repair or replace the item
  • Customer may need to ship item to service center
  • Customer pays shipping unless otherwise stated

10. Items Not Eligible for Return or Warranty

The following cannot be returned or warrantied:

  • Used airsoft guns or airguns
  • Items damaged by user error
  • Opened batteries or gas canisters
  • BBs, pellets, consumables
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased from non-authorized sellers

11. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if processing has not begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.


12. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will assist with a carrier investigation
  • Refunds or replacements depend on carrier results

Incorrect Address

If the wrong address was provided, shipping fees for re-delivery may apply.
