Air Sporting Goods provides airsoft guns, air rifles, air pistols, CO₂-powered devices, steel BBs, pellets, batteries, and related accessories strictly for sporting, recreational, and training use.
This unified policy outlines all legal requirements, safety rules, disclaimers, and customer responsibilities.

1. Legal Classification of Products

Airsoft Replicas (6mm)

• Not firearms under U.S. federal law
• Designed for sporting and recreational use
• Required orange tip must remain intact
• Fire plastic BBs at non-lethal velocities

Airguns (BB / Pellet / CO₂ / PCP / Spring)

Includes .177, .22, .25 caliber rifles or pistols. These:

• Are not firearms under federal law
• May be regulated differently by state/local laws
• Require responsible handling and proper safety equipment

Steel BBs & Pellets

• For use only in approved airguns
• Never use in airsoft replicas
• Keep away from children

CO₂ Cartridges, Green Gas & Compressed Air Tanks

• Must be shipped via Ground where required
• Cannot be shipped to AK, HI, PR, GU, or international locations
• SDS available upon request
• Do not expose to heat or modify containers

Batteries (LiPo / NiMH)

• Charge in a fire-safe location only
• Never leave batteries unattended
• Use only recommended chargers

2. Age Restrictions

To purchase from Air Sporting Goods:

• Customer must be 18 years or older
• Some airguns may require 21+ depending on state
• We may request ID for verification
• Parents/guardians must restrict access to minors

Use of airsoft or airguns by minors requires adult supervision.

3. State & Local Law Compliance

Customers are fully responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and city regulations.

We do not ship airsoft or airguns to:

• New York City (all boroughs)
• New Jersey
• Chicago, IL
• Washington, D.C.
• Philadelphia, PA
• Any region restricting these items

Orders to these locations will be canceled and refunded.

4. Safety Guidelines

Airsoft Safety

• Always wear ANSI-rated eye protection
• Never remove the orange tip
• Do not display or carry airsoft replicas in public
• Use only in designated play areas or private property
• Always treat airsoft devices respectfully and responsibly

Airgun Safety

• Treat airguns as if they were real firearms
• Use proper backstops and targets
• Never aim at people or animals
• Store unloaded and locked away
• Follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings

Battery & CO₂/Gas Safety

• Charge batteries on nonflammable surfaces
• Stop using swollen batteries immediately
• Store CO₂ away from heat sources
• Do not puncture or modify gas cartridges

5. Liability & Misuse Disclaimer

Air Sporting Goods and Trimex Wholesale LLC are not liable for:

• Injuries or damages due to misuse
• Illegal operation or possession of airsoft or airguns
• Removal of orange tips or unsafe modifications
• Use of incompatible ammunition or gases
• Property damage resulting from negligent use
• Legal penalties for violating local laws

Buyer assumes full responsibility for safe and legal use of all products.

6. Order Restrictions & Shipping Compliance

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders to restricted locations
• Refuse sales where age or legality cannot be verified
• Request identification for regulated products
• Withhold shipment until verification is complete

Hazardous materials (CO₂, gas, compressed tanks) ship via Ground only.

7. Warranty, Returns & Defective Products

Returns accepted within 30 days if:

• Product is unused and in original packaging
• All included accessories/manuals are present

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours.
