Is there an age restriction for airsoft and airguns?
Yes.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase any airsoft or airgun products.
Some states require 21+ for certain powered airguns or CO₂-based devices.
We may request ID verification for compliance purposes.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and complete checkout on our website.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, except restricted locations:
- New York City (all boroughs)
- New Jersey
- Chicago, IL
- Washington, D.C.
- Philadelphia, PA
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories.
What shipping options do you offer?
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
(Delivery may vary due to weather or carrier delays.)
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
You can also track your order under the “Track Your Package” section on our website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date if:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- All accessories included
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Write the RA number on the package
- Include the original invoice or packing slip
- Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority with tracking
Returns missing original packaging may be denied.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos or video if requested.
We will assist with replacement or warranty evaluation.

We do not ship to areas where products are restricted (NYC, NJ, Chicago, D.C., Philadelphia).

Do airsoft guns come with safety markings?
Yes. Airsoft replicas include a permanent orange tip to comply with federal regulations.
Removing or altering the orange tip is illegal.
What if my product is missing parts or accessories?
Contact us immediately with your order number.
We will resolve missing components quickly.
Can I modify my airsoft or airgun equipment?
Modifications may void warranties and violate local laws.
