Welcome to Air Sporting Goods! We're committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping within the United States for airsoft, air guns, and related accessories.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. Territories
  • Locations where airsoft/airgun items are restricted

2. Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).
  • Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard: 3–6 business days (AK/HI: +7 days)
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $89.99 within the continental U.S.
(Oversized items may incur extra charges.)

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and municipal regulations, we do not ship airsoft or airguns to:

  • New York City (all boroughs)
  • New Jersey
  • Chicago, IL
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Philadelphia, PA

Orders placed to these locations will be canceled and refunded.

Note: Buyers are responsible for knowing local laws.

6. Hazardous / Restricted Items (CO₂, Gas)

  • CO₂ cartridges ship Ground only
  • Cannot ship CO₂ to AK, HI, PR, GUAM, or internationally
  • Some gases may require adult signature

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
You may track through our site or the carrier’s website.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • Lost: If marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately for investigation.

9. Wrong or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Redelivery costs may apply.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

You must contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

11. No International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

12. Return Policy Summary

Returns accepted within 30 days of ship date.
Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories

A 15% restocking fee applies.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
