1. General
Air Sporting Goods reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, we do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses due to restrictions on airsoft and air gun products.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment is received.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days (AK & HI add 7 days)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $89.99 within the continental United States. Oversized items or those requiring special handling may incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we do not ship airsoft or air gun products to the following locations:
- New York City & its Boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island
- New Jersey
- Chicago, IL
- Washington, D.C.
- Philadelphia, PA
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded.
Note: It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws governing your state, county, and city. Air Sporting Goods is not liable for non-compliance.
Shipping of Hazardous Materials
Certain products, such as CO2 cartridges, cannot be shipped via air services and are restricted to ground shipping. CO2 cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or international locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website under the Track Your Package page or via the carrier’s tracking system.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Air Sporting Goods is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery if an incorrect address is provided.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
3. Return Policy
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of the item(s) purchased from Air Sporting Goods, you may return the item within 30 days from the ship date for a refund or replacement. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Steps for Returning an Item
- Contact our customer service to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Include the original invoice or packing slip in the package.
- Ship returns to Air Sporting Goods via a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail).
Note: Returns without the complete original packaging may not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Air Sporting Goods is not liable for any damages that may result from the use or inability to use the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Air Sporting Goods has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
