These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of AirSportingGoods.com.

1. General Use of the Website

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian (where allowed).
  • You will use our products lawfully and responsibly.
  • You will not reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of revisions.

2. Product Legality & Customer Responsibility

Air Sporting Goods sells airsoft replicas, airguns, CO₂-powered devices, steel BBs, pellets, and related accessories. These items may have state or local restrictions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase the items in your jurisdiction.
  • You have reviewed and understand all applicable state, county, and city laws.
  • You assume full responsibility for compliance with local regulations.

Orders placed for restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.

We are not responsible for legal consequences arising from improper or unlawful use of our products.

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, excluding:

  • New York City (all boroughs)
  • New Jersey
  • Chicago, IL
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Philadelphia, PA
  • Any location where airsoft or airguns are prohibited by law

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard: 3–6 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping of Hazardous Materials

Certain products (e.g., CO₂ cartridges) are restricted to ground shipping only and cannot be shipped to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • International destinations

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

4. Order Acceptance, Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for the following reasons:

  • Restricted shipping location
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing or inventory error
  • Age verification failure

To change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours.
After processing begins, we cannot guarantee modifications.

5. Payment Terms

We accept:

  • Credit & debit cards
  • PayPal
  • (If approved) Shopify Payments
  • Other approved payment providers

All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Fraudulent transactions will be reported and pursued.

 

6. Return & Refund Policy

You may return items within 30 days of the ship date for refund or replacement if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags are included

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping costs
  • Special handling fees

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Include the original invoice/packing slip.
  4. Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority with tracking.

Items returned without original packaging or missing components may be rejected.

7. Warranty & Defective Items

If a product arrives defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/video if requested
  • We will assist with replacement, repair, or manufacturer warranty claim

Damage caused by misuse, modifications, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Air Sporting Goods, Trimex Wholesale LLC, and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Injury or damage from improper use of airsoft, airguns, CO₂, or accessories
  • Legal issues resulting from non-compliance with local laws
  • Losses caused by shipping delays or carrier errors
  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
  • Consequential, punitive, or incidental damages

Customer assumes all responsibility for safe and lawful handling of products.

9. Privacy & Data Security

All customer data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
We use encrypted payment processing and secure technology to protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product imagery, and text on AirSportingGoods.com are the property of Trimex Wholesale LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
